Overview Zen Health is expanding our behavioral health team and is seeking licensed clinicians interested in providing care to patients in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, and memory care communities.

Practice Settings Our clinicians provide behavioral health services to residents of: Skilled nursing facilities Rehabilitation facilities Assisted living communities Memory care communities These settings serve patients with a wide range of behavioral health needs, including individuals who may otherwise have limited access to consistent mental health services. Administrative Support You provide the clinical care. Our team helps manage the administrative work that comes with it.

Support includes:

Billing and insurance claim processing Claims follow-up Insurance eligibility verification Scheduling and facility coordination Credentialing assistance EHR support Documentation and workflow support We want our clinicians focused on providing high-quality care rather than spending unnecessary time navigating administrative processes.
