We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. This is an on-site position working directly with the individuals we serve and collaborating with caregivers, guardians, staff, and other members of the care team. Position Summary The LCSW will provide clinical assessment, counseling, behavioral and psychosocial support, and care coordination for individuals with a variety of mental health, developmental, and behavioral needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with individuals who may require additional support with communication, emotional regulation, social skills, independent living skills, and navigating everyday challenges. This position is especially well suited for a clinician who enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and seeing progress occur through practical, individualized interventions. Responsibilities Conduct psychosocial and behavioral assessments Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's needs and goals Provide individual counseling and therapeutic interventions Assist clients with emotional regulation, coping skills, social skills, communication, and problem-solving Help individuals develop skills that promote greater independence and participation in everyday life Identify behavioral, environmental, family, and social factors affecting a client's well-being Collaborate with caregivers, guardians, direct-support staff, healthcare professionals, and other members of the client's care team Provide crisis assessment and intervention when appropriate Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed Complete clinical documentation and maintain accurate, timely records Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care planning Connect individuals and families with appropriate community resources and services Maintain client confidentiality and comply with applicable professional, ethical, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications Required:
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program Current and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work effectively with individuals with varying levels of cognitive, developmental, behavioral, and mental health needs Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team Compassionate, patient, professional, and dependable
Preferred:
