Job Description

MVRA is seeking a Mental Health Case Manager to join our Mental Health Department, supporting adults receiving Section 17 Community Integration services . This role uses a strength-based, solution-focused, trauma-informed approach to support individuals in identifying needs, barriers, and strengths. Qualifications MHRT/C certification or eligibility for a provisional MHRT/C Bachelor's degree in a related mental health or human services field Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong organization, professionalism, and follow-through Full-time availability Key Responsibilities Meet one-on-one with individuals eligible for Section 17 services Complete required documentation, including assessments, LOCUS scoring, AC-OK screenings, and Individual Treatment Plans (every 90 days) Maintain weekly case notes and complete quarterly screenings related to employment, housing, and readiness for change Advocate for individuals by coordinating with clinical providers and community supports to ensure continuity of care Participate in group clinical supervision and individual supervision with the
