In this vital role, you will provide evidence-based individual and group therapy, supervision to LLMSW clinicians and interns, and crisis intervention services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. Your expertise will support clients in overcoming challenges related to mental health, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and trauma. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact through compassionate patient care, clinical research participation, and collaborative case management within a multidisciplinary environment. Duties Deliver evidence-based individual therapy using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and motivational interviewing. Facilitate group therapy sessions tailored to specific populations, including pediatrics, geriatrics, or clients with disabilities. Supervise LLMSW clinicians and interns. Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support for patients experiencing acute mental health or behavioral crises. Collaborate with medical teams to coordinate holistic patient care plans that incorporate psychiatric medication management, social work interventions, and community resources. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in electronic medical records (EMR/EHR systems) in compliance with HIPAA and medical documentation standards. Participate in clinical research projects related to mental health interventions, addiction counseling, or developmental disabilities to advance evidence-based practices. Requirements Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. Two years of experience providing psychotherapy after full MSW licensure, including child & family counseling, behavioral therapy, or mental health assessments . Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), PTSD care, substance use disorders, or geriatrics is highly desirable. Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans within a multidisciplinary team setting. Familiarity with crisis management techniques and cultural competence in working with diverse populations from various backgrounds.
