Provide behavioral services in the home and/or community to include intake and annual assessments, develop person-centered treatment plans and service reviews, maintain clinical record to agency expectations, to include electronic health records. Adhere to timelines with respect to client contacts and paperwork completion. Ensure authorizations are approved. Coordinate with supports coordinator or case manager for services. Uphold productivity standards. Provide oversight of behaviorists to include training new staff, reviewing reports, assessments and provide corrective feedback. Special knowledge, skill and ability requirements: Use of the computer to include Microsoft Word, Outlook, and the internet. Must have behavioral experience and experience working with individuals with special needs. Maintain timeliness, report and documentation requirements. Maintain productivity requirements. Must have excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and balance work in office and in Individual's homes. This position has flexibility, however, does not have traditional work hours; may be required to work some evenings. Master's Degree in social work. Licensure required. At least one-year of behavioral experience preferred. One-year of working with individuals with developmental disabilities required.
