Full-Time Schedule Monday-Thursday:

8:30 AM-7:00

PM Friday:

8:30 AM-5:00 PM Flexible scheduling available Some evening/weekend hours may be required After-hours crisis-call coverage as needed Responsibilities Oversee administrative and clinical operations of the program. Provide clinical and staff supervision. Support individual, family, and group mental health/substance use treatment. Handle and support crisis situations. Coordinate with clients, staff, and community resources. Track and prepare program data and documentation. Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling . Active, full Michigan LMSW, LPC, or LLP license required. 3+ years of experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders. Experience with individual, family, and group treatment. Community Mental Health experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and crisis-management skills. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship available .

Mileage:

$0.70/mile reimbursement when personal vehicle is used.
