- Positions across various school districts in Southwest Missouri - Springfield, Republic, Willard, Marshfield, Fair Grove, Ash Grove, Walnut Grove

- Key Responsibilities
Intervention and Collaboration :
Provide on-site intervention in area schools for clients enrolled in the program, collaborating closely with school staff to ensure appropriate client care and support.Progress Monitoring :
Participate in the process of monitoring client progress in treatment programs, tracking successes and challenges to inform future treatment plans and strategies.Individualized Treatment Plans :
Develop tailored treatment plans for each client, taking into account unique needs, goals, and circumstances to promote optimal recovery and well-being.Client Support and Advocacy :
Serve as a trusted resource for clients, providing individualized assistance in accessing necessary mental health services and completing daily living tasks, while advocating for their best interests.Community Engagement :
Connect clients with various community agencies and resources, offering ongoing social, vocational, educational, and recreational support and activities to foster personal growth and independence.- What you'll bring
