By offering comprehensive support and resources, the Case Manager for Mental Health enhances the student experience within the university community. The Case Manager assists students in navigating difficult life events, engages in care management planning, crisis situations, and assists on challenges that may impact their ability to be successful. This position provides case management support, including interventions, referrals, and follow-up services, for all cases and especially those of increased complexity.
