Overview:

Maximus is a leader in providing specialized assessment services and is partnered with the State of North Dakota, Department of Human Services, to manage the assessments for the PASRR (Preadmission Screening and Resident Review) & CTS LOC (Children's Treatment Services Level of Care) programs. PASRR is a federal requirement designed to ensure that all individuals seeking admittance to a Medicaid-certified nursing facility are evaluated for mental illness, offered the most appropriate setting for their needs, and receive the services they need in those settings. The CTS LOC assessments are used to meet the requirements of the Family's First Prevention Services Act (FFPSA) which was signed into law in 2018. This regulation requires independent assessment of children/adolescents displaced from their homes and placed into congregate care settings receive an assessment to ensure each child is places in the least restrictive setting and receives the appropriate level of care while there. We are recruiting mental health professionals in North Dakota to administer assessments for the

PASRR & CTS LOC

programs on a PRN basis.

Opportunity Details:

No office to report to - EVER!

• Assessments occur in the field at the assessment recipient's location. It may be at the patient's home, a hospital, nursing home, residential setting, or other.
• Assessments will be offered directly within your community and surrounding communities. Flexibility!
• You create your own schedule based on your availability.
• Assessments can be completed in the evenings and on weekends if preferred. Competitive compensation rate

QUALIFICATIONS FOR PASRR

Must be licensed in the State of North Dakota as a LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or RN. Two years of clinical experience in behavioral health (this should be direct clinical experience with adults). 1 year of geriatric experience

QUALIFICATIONS FOR CTS LOC

Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field OR be a licensed RN. Must have a minimum of two years of clinical experience providing behavioral services to children
