Job Description

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Case Manager to provide onsite behavioral health support to residents in Residential Health Care Facilities. This is a flexible 1099 position with the ability to create your own schedule. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, behavioral health or a related field and is comfortable working independently with an adult behavioral health population.
Responsibilities:
Meet individually with residents onsite Provide behavioral health support and ongoing follow-up Complete required documentation for each visit Maintain a consistent caseload and schedule Be reliable, responsible and punctual for scheduled visits
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, behavioral health or related field Experience in behavioral health, mental health, case management or a related setting preferred Strong interpersonal and documentation skills Reliable, organized and able to work independently
Schedule:
Flexible — create your own schedule. Full-time or part-time with weekday, evening and weekend availability.
Compensation:
1099 independent contractor position with productivity-based compensation. Full-time earning potential is approximately $65,000+ annually depending on caseload and schedule.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
