We're looking for a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a growing, multi-specialty healthcare team serving patients across Suffolk County, Long Island. What You'll Do:
Provide individual and couples psychotherapy sessions to a diverse patient population Complete psychosocial assessments for referred patients Draft and maintain timely treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and the broader care team on shared patients Take part in group supervision twice a month Help educate patients on our patient-centered care model and available resources Travel between nearby clinic locations as needed Attend ongoing in-service training to stay current on best practices
What You'll Need:
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution Active
NYS LCSW
license Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
