Job Summary Aliya Wellness is seeking a compassionate, motivated LMSW to provide on-site psychotherapy to residents of an assisted living facility, helping older adults with depression, anxiety and social isolation improve their quality of life. Responsibilities

• Individual psychotherapy for residents
• Intake assessments and treatment plans
• Build a consistent caseload in the facility
• Timely clinical documentation per billing requirements

• Strong documentation skills, dependable, works independently What we offer
• $40 per session (38+ min), $30 per shorter session (16-37 min), $50 per intake, +$10 per off-site session
• Consistent caseload, flexible scheduling, supportive supervision
• Path to full-time with a $200/mo health contribution and 2 weeks
