This full-time position (40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm, with evening flexibility) involves assessing and developing individualized treatment plans collaboratively with youth and families.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnosing and treating children, youth, and families Providing individual and group therapy in various settings Offering clinical consultation and staff training as needed Communicating effectively at all levels regarding service plans

Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work or a related field Licensed or license-eligible with a limited permit upon hire Knowledge of mental health services, advocacy, and payment processes Valid driver's license and meeting driving standards Experience with Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy preferred Salary ranges from $58,500 to $80,000 annually, based on experience.
