Job Description

JFSA is actively seeking a full-time mental health Case Manager /Therapeutic Behavior Specialist in Cleveland, OHIO This position will provide a wide array of community-based services to adults diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness to maintain community stability and improve quality of life.
Therapeutic Behavior Specialist assistance includes:
Person-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused treatment planning; healthcare coordination, coping skills, and problem-solving development; restoration of interpersonal and social skills Restoration of daily living skills Crisis prevention and amelioration Community resource linkage and referral; and advocacy This is a Monday through Friday position with NO on-call or after-hour duties. JFSA Therapeutic Behavior Specialists maintain reasonable case numbers where the emphasis is placed on quality of life development.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences and Human Services or a related field required. Maintain both a valid Ohio Driver's License, and a driving record that meets JFSA's insurance company standards. Maintain personal auto liability insurance at the level that the Agency and the insurance carrier require. 1-3 years of relevant community experience preferred but not necessary.
