We provide compassionate, culturally responsive, trauma-informed mental health services to individuals and families. We are expanding our clinical team and are currently hiring two full-time bilingual English/Spanish Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs). This is an excellent opportunity for LMSWs who want to build their clinical experience, work toward independent licensure, and have the flexibility and support of a growing private behavioral health practice. Compensation $50 per completed therapy session $25/hour for approved administrative work W-2 employment Flexible scheduling Hybrid in-person and telehealth work Benefits Up to $200/month medical stipend $350/year toward approved CEUs and professional development Clinical supervision toward LCSW licensure Credentialing support with Medicaid and insurance payers Billing and administrative support Flexible work schedule Hybrid work opportunities Professional development and clinical consultation New Mexico earned sick leave in accordance with applicable law Position Responsibilities As an LMSW Therapist with Panorama Healing, you will: Provide individual and/or family psychotherapy within your professional scope of practice Serve both English- and Spanish-speaking clients Complete behavioral health assessments Develop individualized, client-centered treatment plans Provide evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions Complete timely and accurate progress notes and clinical documentation Maintain treatment plans according to clinical and payer requirements Participate in clinical supervision and consultation Coordinate care with other professionals when clinically appropriate and properly authorized Maintain HIPAA compliance, confidentiality, professional boundaries, and ethical standards Maintain required licensure, credentialing, and training requirements Collaborate with Panorama Healing's clinical and administrative team

Qualifications Required:

Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program Current New Mexico LMSW license in good standing Bilingual English/Spanish Ability to provide clinical services in both English and Spanish Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to obtain and maintain an NPI and insurance/Medicaid credentialing Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed, ethical care Ability to work independently while participating in supervision and consultation

Preferred:

Outpatient behavioral health experience Experience working with Medicaid populations Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, adjustment concerns, and/or family-related concerns Experience providing telehealth services Schedule We understand that flexibility is important for clinicians.
