(AMFT / ASW / LMFT / LCSW) to join our dynamic mental health team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive behavioral health and mental health counseling services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and families. Your expertise will support clients through evidence-based practices, trauma-specific interventions, and culturally sensitive approaches. Responsibilities Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver individual, group, and family counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, art therapy, and trauma-informed care. Implement behavioral health interventions tailored to clients with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, or other mental health conditions. Collect and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case management records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, facilitate case management, and ensure continuity of services across settings. Engage in crisis intervention and conflict management when necessary to support clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies. Communicate effectively with clients' families and caregivers to promote understanding, engagement, and support for ongoing treatment goals. Requirements Valid licensure or registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Social Worker (ASW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Bilingual proficiency in English and another language required; experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds is highly valued. Demonstrated experience in home & community care settings, child & family counseling, or mental health services for children and youth. Knowledge of clinical ethical guidelines, medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and medical documentation standards. Strong skills in data collection, mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluation, case management, and evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing and crisis management. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges such as autism spectrum disorder is preferred. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment dedicated to client-centered care.
