Creative Art Therapies and Wellness is growing, and we're looking for experienced, independently licensed therapists to join our team on a part-time basis. We are a collaborative group practice built around a simple belief: when therapists are supported, valued, and given room to do excellent clinical work, our whole community benefits.

THE ROLE

As a part-time therapist, you'll maintain your own caseload while being an active member of our clinical community. We're looking for clinicians who can practice independently AND understand that being part of a group practice means being part of a team.

Responsibilities include:

Provide ethical, high-quality psychotherapy within your education, training, licensure, and areas of competence Maintain an active, unrestricted professional license in good standing with the appropriate licensing board Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and required clinical documentation accurately and on time Maintain an appropriate part-time caseload and consistent weekly schedule Coordinate care with physicians, psychiatrists, schools, and other providers when clinically appropriate and with proper consent Maintain professional boundaries and practice within your clinical scope Recognize when a client's needs exceed your scope or our outpatient level of care and seek consultation appropriately Participate in clinical consultation, team meetings, and opportunities for collaboration Maintain required continuing education and uphold applicable professional and ethical standards Communicate proactively with administrative and clinical leadership Receive feedback, ask questions, and participate in the ongoing process of growing as a clinician Treat colleagues with professionalism and respect — we address concerns with one another, not about one another. Gossip, disparaging comments, and undermining colleagues are not part of our culture.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We want clinicians who are: Independently licensed as an LMHC, LICSW, or PhD/PsyD with a license in good standing Committed to providing ethical, thoughtful, quality clinical care Experienced and confident while still curious and open to learning Reliable with documentation, communication, and follow-through Comfortable managing a caseload with a high degree of independence Willing to seek consultation when something falls outside their expertise Collaborative and invested in the success of the whole team Kind humans who understand that professionalism includes how we treat one another when someone isn't in the room
