Full-Time Outpatient Therapist — 23+ Clinical Hours per Week At Wellness Within, we believe healing happens through connection, regulation, collaboration, and whole-person care. We are a growing integrative mental health and wellness practice offering psychotherapy alongside complementary wellness approaches in a warm, relationship-centered environment. Our approach recognizes that traditional talk therapy can help clients understand their experiences, while deeper healing also involves helping the nervous system feel safe, supported, and regulated. We are seeking an engaged, collaborative clinician who wants to be part of a team-oriented practice and can consistently maintain 23 or more completed clinical hours per week through a combination of in-person and telehealth sessions. What We're Looking For We are looking for a clinician who: Values whole-person, relational, and trauma-informed care Enjoys collaboration, consultation, and shared clinical problem-solving Is motivated to build and consistently maintain a full caseload Takes ownership of scheduling, documentation, client engagement, and follow-through Is open to feedback, accountability, and collaborative review of practice expectations Is comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth therapy Contributes to a positive, connected, and growth-oriented practice culture Experience in somatic/movement, expressive/creative, experiential approaches; mindfulness, breath work Responsibilities Consistently complete 23 or more clinical hours per week Provide high-quality psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, couples, and/or families Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Monitor client attendance, engagement, treatment progress, and continuity of care Address attendance concerns and recurring cancellations proactively and in accordance with practice procedures Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to identify barriers affecting attendance, retention, clinical progress, or caseload stability Participate in case consultation, team meetings, and practice initiatives Communicate openly when support, consultation, or adjustments may be needed Participate in collaborative review of clinical outcomes, attendance patterns, documentation, and caseload expectations Support an ethical and clinically appropriate transition or discharge process when services are no longer effective, appropriate, or consistently attended Qualifications Master's degree in social work, counseling or a related clinical field Currently licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts and actively working toward independent licensure (such as

LCSW, LICSW, LMHC
