The ideal candidate is experienced in working with children and teens and is trained (or interested in being trained) in trauma-focused modalities such as TF-CBT, EMDR, or IFS. You'll be part of a supportive team where clinical excellence, flexibility, and work-life balance are prioritized. You do work with people across the lifespan, but more than half of your clients will be under age 18. Responsibilities Provide individual and family therapy to children, teens, and adults Maintain a consistent caseload with flexible scheduling Complete clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner Participate in team meetings, trainings, and consultation groups Collaborate with school staff, physicians, and community partners when needed
