Helpful Hands to Recovery, LLC is seeking a dedicated and flexible Part-Time / On-Call Recovery Manager to provide Home and Community-Based Services - Adult Mental Health (HCBS-AMH) Recovery Management services.

Long-Term Hospitalization:

Extended in-patient psychiatric hospitalization

Jail Diversion:

Frequent arrests and psychiatric crisis Emergency Department (ED)

Diversion:

Frequent utilization of the ED and psychiatric crisis Duties & Responsibilities Serve as a part-time / on-call Recovery Manager with flexibility for weekdays, evenings, and weekends ( hours are not guaranteed ). Please note, this position is part-time and currently offers approximately 5-15 hours per week. If the situation is not urgent or a crisis, the cutoff time for seeing clients is 7:00 PM. Provide in-home services and travel to clients' residences, as well as accompany clients to doctor's appointments, day habilitation centers, or other required community locations. Monitor client services, health, welfare, and safety through regular contact. Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure appropriate services and supports. Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings. Develop, update, and manage the Individual Recovery Plan (IRP), treatment plan, and crisis plan. Collaborate with an integrated team, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. Manage multiple responsibilities effectively and maintain professionalism under pressure. Maintain computer proficiency for documentation and communication.

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Human Services or a related field (required). Minimum of two years' experience working with adults with severe mental illness (SMI) . Knowledge of issues affecting individuals with SMI and community-based interventions. Compliance with coaching and supervision standards. Completion of all HHSC-required training for the

HCBS-AMH

program.
