$60,000 - $75,000 per year About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Master's Level Clinician/Therapist to join our outpatient behavioral health team in Vermont. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about providing high-quality mental health and substance use treatment in a collaborative, client-centered environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain an active caseload of clients and provide ongoing clinical care Conduct individual (one-on-one) therapy sessions using evidence-based practices Facilitate daily group therapy sessions (psychoeducation, process groups, skills-based groups) Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes) Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care Participate in case conferences, supervision, and team meetings Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field License-eligible or actively working toward licensure in Vermont (e.g., LCMHC, LICSW, LADC preferred) Experience in mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and clinical skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
