Job Description
Description Are you a therapist who thrives at the intersection of mind and body? Who knows the power of collaboration in delivering high quality care? Who believes in the power of the right intervention, at the right moment, from the right person? Our Integrated Behavioral Health program operates across Providence primary care and pediatric clinics, offering two models of care. In Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH), you'll practice with a wide scope, meeting patients in the clinic where they already show up
- no waitlists, no siloed referrals, just meaningful connections with people who might never walk through the door of a traditional therapy office.
- working shoulder-to-shoulder with physicians, nurses, and care team members
- who get it: the work, the pace, and the difference this model makes for patients who need us most. If you're adaptable, clinically sharp, and ready to practice at the top of your scope
- we're ready for you.
- this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment. Providence caregivers are not simply valued
- they're invaluable.
