Our Integrated Behavioral Health program operates across Providence primary care and pediatric clinics, offering two models of care. In Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH), you'll practice with a wide scope, meeting patients in the clinic where they already show up

In Collaborative Care (CoCM), you'll provide episodic, structured therapy alongside psychiatric consultation, supporting patients through a team-based, measurement-informed approach. Both models ask the same things of you: agility, a broad clinical toolkit, and the conviction that focused, well-timed therapeutic work can shift the course of someone's health. You'll pivot across populations and presentations, draw on a wide range of interventional skills, and deliver care that treats the whole person. And you won't do it alone. You'll join a dedicated team of behavioral health professionals

This is a combined posting for a Mental Health Therapist LMFT, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Social Worker LCSW. The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title. Consideration for each role will be based on qualifications. If you have the qualifications of any one of these three positions, we encourage you to apply. The Mental Health Therapist LMFT practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Licensed Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor) practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Licensed Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor) will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. The Social Worker, LICSW will function as a core member of a multidisciplinary team and communicate patient's health care needs with primary care, behavioral health services, health care facilities, and/or payers. Acts as an advocate and helps patient gain access to resources while confronting their personal issues, such as mental illness, addiction, and abuse. $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible rehire and external candidates who meet all conditions for payment

Washington Marriage and Family Therapist License.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship. Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.
