Responsibilities:

Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children. Develop and implement activities to stimulate physical, mental, and emotional growth. Maintain a clean and organized environment for children. Monitor children's behavior and discipline as needed. Communicate with parents about their child's development. Maintain records of children's activities, behaviors, meals, and naps. Staff management Work well under pressure and can adapt to change Qualifications Proven experience in childcare and classroom management Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Background in early childhood education and childhood development Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development Experience working with diverse student populations, including those with special needs Ability to implement behavior management strategies effectively
