This position requires experience in implementing various ABA strategies. You will be teaching adaptive skills and language skills, while managing challenging behaviors if they occur throughout routines. The primary focus is on helping children engage in community and family events and to complete daily routines independently. You must be patient, creative, calm, take initiative, and have experience modeling ABA strategies to parents and caretakers. You must be a strong team player and be able to collaborate with other professionals. An RBT is required. This position is a part-time position.
