The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of childhood development. This role involves caring for infants and toddlers, engaging them in educational activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being in a nurturing environment. Experience in early childhood education or related fields is highly valued. Responsibilities Provide attentive care to infants and toddlers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Implement behavior management strategies to foster a positive environment. Maintain a safe and clean environment for children, adhering to health and safety standards. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs. Assist with daily routines including feeding, diaper changing, and nap times. Foster social skills through group play and structured activities. Requirements Proven experience in childcare, including babysitting, nannying, or working in daycare settings. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development milestones. Familiarity with first aid practices; certification is preferred but not mandatory. Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus. Strong teaching skills to facilitate learning through play. Ability to manage behaviors effectively while promoting positive interactions among children. Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and team members. Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
