$20-$22 per hour + overtime Infant Nanny Position We are seeking experienced and dependable infant caregivers to provide in-home care for local families in Santa Monica, CA. Responsibilities Provide safe, nurturing care for infants and toddlers Follow feeding, nap, and daily care routines Support early learning through reading, play, and age-appropriate activities Communicate with parents about the child's daily activities and needs Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment Follow family instructions and established childcare routines Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available Monday through Friday availability preferred Most shifts are scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Typical shifts are 6-9 hours Opportunities to work with local families based on availability and experience Qualifications At least 1 year of infant or toddler childcare experience Reliable, dependable, and professional Strong communication skills Comfortable caring for infants independently Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license At least 18 years old Able to provide at least 3 references: 2 related to childcare work and 1 character reference Relevant experience may include nannying, babysitting, daycare, preschool, church nursery, or other professional childcare settings. Experience caring for family members or friends does not count toward the required professional childcare experience.
