Nurture & Co. connects dependable, experienced nannies with families throughout Westside Los Angeles. This is not an on-call or fill-in babysitting position. Our goal is to match each nanny with the same family on a recurring weekly schedule, allowing caregivers and children to build a consistent, trusted relationship. Placements generally range from 4-20 hours per week and are a good fit for someone seeking meaningful supplemental work alongside another job, school, or other commitments. Applicants must have at least one consistent four-hour block available each week. Most families need care on weekdays, particularly during daytime or afternoon hours. We will try to match you with a family based on your regular availability, experience, preferred schedule, and location. Please note that placement timing and weekly hours depend on family needs, your availability, and finding the right match. Hours are not guaranteed. Once matched, however, you will typically work with the same family each week on an ongoing schedule. Nurture & Co. values kindness, integrity, respect, and a supportive home environment. Some of our families are Christian or faith-oriented, but caregivers and families are not required to follow any particular faith. We welcome people of all backgrounds who are comfortable respectfully supporting each family's household values. Responsibilities Provide safe, attentive, and engaging care while supporting the family's routines, which may include meals, playtime, homework, and bedtime. Nannies must communicate clearly, arrive on time, and honor all accepted commitments. Qualifications Applicants must have at least three years of childcare experience, with five or more years preferred. Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred but not required. You must be willing to accept placements throughout Westside Los Angeles and have reliable transportation to and from each family's home. Driving children is not required. Schedule and Service Area Schedules may include weekday afternoons, evenings, or weekends. Placements are located throughout Santa Monica, Brentwood, Westwood, Mar Vista, Venice, Marina del Rey, Culver City, Playa Vista, Playa del Rey, Westchester, Pacific Palisades, and other nearby Westside neighborhoods.
