Responsibilities Provide attentive childcare tailored to each child's needs, including feeding, diapering, and engaging in age-appropriate activities Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times through vigilant supervision and adherence to safety protocols Assist with daily routines such as nap times, playtime, outings, and educational activities that promote development and fun Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, needs, and any concerns that arise Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing personalized care plans and fostering an inclusive environment Maintain a clean and organized childcare area, including sanitizing toys and supplies regularly Be flexible with scheduling to accommodate families' seasonal requirements, including short-term or temporary assignments Qualifications Prior experience in nannying, babysitting, daycare, or caregiving roles involving children of various ages Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response in emergencies Strong knowledge of toddler care, infant care, and child development principles Excellent communication skills for collaborating with parents and team members Compassionate, patient, energetic, and adaptable attitude towards caregiving responsibilities Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain professionalism in a dynamic environment Join us as a Seasonal Nanny and be part of a dedicated team committed to enriching children's lives through compassionate care.
