We operate two Children's Centers, with about 55 staff serving 300 children ages 6 weeks - 13 years old. This is a staff position in a Christian ministry. We are primarily looking for individuals with an active faith in Christ and a life pattern of involvement in their local church and ministry. COMPENSATION

Starting wage $16 - $19/hr based on education and experience. DETAILS Full time , M-F (specific schedule TBD). Serving kids ages 6 wks - 5 yrs DUTIES - Assisting the Preschool Teacher in the following areas: Providing direct care to children during program hours Implementing curriculum, daily programs/schedules of activities, and events Engaging children in active conflict management and addressing behavior issues in a positive manner Interaction with parents/caregivers Ensuring records are properly maintained Ensuring a safe environment Contributing to and implementing all policies and procedures
