•20.00/hour Little Adventures is looking for dependable, caring, and flexible individuals to join our team as Child Care Center Float Staff! This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with children and enjoys being part of a fun, supportive team. As a Float Staff member, you will help support classrooms throughout the center based on daily needs. You may work with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children, assist teachers with classroom activities and routines, provide coverage for breaks, and help keep our classrooms safe, organized, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Provide support in infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms as needed Assist Lead Teachers with daily routines, activities, meals, transitions, and supervision Provide attentive and active supervision of children at all times Help maintain safe, clean, welcoming, and organized classrooms Build positive and caring relationships with children and families Assist with classroom coverage during staff breaks, lunches, meetings, and absences Follow all Little Adventures policies and Colorado child care licensing requirements Work collaboratively with teachers and center leadership Be flexible and willing to help wherever needed throughout the center What we're looking for: We are looking for someone who is reliable, positive, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with children. Previous child care experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to work with the right person who is eager to learn and grow in early childhood education.
