Overview A lovely family of five is seeking a full-time Monday-Thursday career nanny for their sons, ages 5, 2, and 2. The schedule for this role will be Monday through Thursday, 6:30am-7:00pm. This position can be live-in or live-out- the family will provided separate housing for the right person. This role involves working on a team with parents and another full-time nanny. They are seeking a true professional who is educated, knowledgeable about childhood development, and who is able to provide leadership and guidance. Responsibilities Creating a fun and engaging environment in the home that considers different developmental stages Managing the morning routine Driving the children to and from school, and to extracurriculars Proactively planning and scheduling activities, playdates, and classes Facilitating and supervising meal, hygiene, and bedtime routines Assisting with homework as the children get older Child-related meal preparation Child related laundry Maintaining organization within the children's belongings and spaces Willing to travel occasionally (the other nanny enjoys traveling, so this will not be frequent) Qualifications Loving, warm, and engaging with children Friendly, with a positive attitude Able to act as a team with parents and other caregivers, while also proactive and able to provide full charge care as needed Provide structure and boundaries Happy to work with a co-nanny, communicating as needed to provide continuity of care Safety conscious Requirements US work authorization Experience with multiple children of varied ages Driver's license and clean driving record (the family will provide a car for work use) Strong swimmer with the ability to supervise children in the pool and ocean Salary and Benefits $40-50/hr.+ DOE Healthcare reimbursement PTO Annual bonus Separate accommodations if needed
