Both parents work demanding schedules outside of the home and value open communication, mutual respect, and teamwork. They are realistic in their expectations, easy to talk with, and truly view their nanny as an important part of the family rather than simply an employee. With three happy, healthy, and active school-aged children, this is not a baby-focused position but one centered on helping a busy family stay organized and on schedule. The children are fun, easy to be around, and involved in a variety of activities, so much of the role includes school pick-ups, safely transporting them to and from activities using the family's nanny vehicle, preparing healthy dinners, assisting with homework, and helping everyone stay organized for the week ahead.
