Full-Time Nanny - Greenwich, CT $30-$40/hour DOE + Paid Vacation, Holidays, PTO & Bonuses A warm, busy Greenwich family with four children — ages 10, 6, 4, and 1 — is looking for an exceptional full-time nanny to join their household long-term. Mom is a pediatrician who works two long days each week, and the family has always employed two full-time nannies to provide consistent coverage and support. One of their longtime nannies will be transitioning out of the role, creating an opportunity for the right person to step into an established, collaborative household. Schedule The family generally needs coverage between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday , with the hours divided between the two full-time nannies. The nanny currently in the role is very flexible about how the schedule is structured and is happy to: Alternate earlier and later shifts Alternate weeks Create another arrangement that allows both nannies to have a balanced and predictable schedule Flexibility and strong communication between the two nannies will be important. The Role Because the older children are in school during the day and the 1-year-old is home, the responsibilities naturally change throughout the day.
