- $35 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications English Driver's License Dog handling In-home experience Meal assistance Full Job Description Looking for a reliable, organized and proactive Nanny/Family Assistant to support a family and keep the household running smoothly.
Hours:
Approx. 30 hours/week (with some flexibility for extra hours)Schedule:
Mon-Thu (1:00 PM- 7:00 PM or 2:00 PM
- 8:00 PM) & Fri (2:00 PM
- 6:00 PM).
Pay rate:
$30-35/h DOE , plus reimbursement for gas,PTO:
5 days plus 2 sick days.Key Responsibilities:
Manage school/camp pick-ups and drop-offs. Drive children safely to various seasonal sports practices, music lessons, ballet and social activities. Prepare after-school snacks (occasional treats like Starbucks/Dunkin), oversee homework, instrument practice and the kids' daily chores (e.g., emptying backpacks, tidying their rooms). Encourage outdoor play, crafts and baking activities once homework and chores are complete. Be available for early school pick-ups if a child is sick (dependent on schedule alignment). Maintain a clean kitchen (load/unload dishwasher, hand-wash dishes), run a hand vacuum over the kitchen floor and tidy downstairs common areas. Pick up supplemental groceries/drugstore items, maintain an ongoing grocery list, mail packages and handle garbage/recycling. Help care for our friendly small dog (feeding, walking, playing, brushing, and occasional vet visits). Assist with simple meal prep. Tasks include chopping ingredients, following basic recipes and light cooking (e.g., tacos, spaghetti).Requirements:
Must be authorized to work in US. Has a valid driver's license and a reliable car. Must be a safe driver since the job includes driving children. Minimum of 2-3 years of recent, in-home (private home) nanny experience. Fluent English.Pay:
$30.00- $35.
