This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a loving family, supporting the development and well-being of their children. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, passionate about nurturing young minds, and experienced in caring for children of various ages, including infants and toddlers. As a live-out nanny, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for the children while assisting with daily routines and household tasks. This position emphasizes professionalism, reliability, and a genuine love for working with children. Responsibilities Provide attentive childcare for children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences Engage children in educational activities, playtime, and developmental exercises to foster growth and curiosity Assist with preschool routines such as nap times, diaper changes, and potty training Support children's learning by incorporating teaching activities and age-appropriate games Perform light household duties related to childcare such as cleaning up after meals and tidying children's areas Offer personal transportation assistance for school drop-offs, appointments, or outings as needed Care for children with disabilities or special needs by following individualized care plans and providing personalized support Maintain open communication with parents regarding daily activities, milestones, and any concerns Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times; hold current first aid and CPR certifications Experience Proven nanny experience working with multiple children in private homes or daycare settings Experience caring for infants and toddlers with a strong understanding of their developmental stages Familiarity with preschool activities, early childhood education methods, and caregiving best practices Prior work experience supporting children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to handle household chores related to childcare such as cleaning, meal preparation, and light housekeeping Valid driver's license with personal transportation means; comfortable assisting with transportation needs Certifications in first aid and CPR are required; additional caregiving or teaching certifications are a plus Previous nannying or babysitting experience that showcases reliability, patience, and adaptability Join us if you're passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives while working in a supportive environment that values your skills.
