Summary We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Attendant to join our team at Atlantic Beach Country Club in Atlantic Beach, FL. In this role, you will provide attentive and nurturing care to our Members' children, ensuring a safe and engaging environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a community-focused organization committed to excellence in service, with opportunities for additional commissions. Responsibilities Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote development and enjoyment. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times. Maintain a clean and organized childcare area. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's needs and activities. Implement safety protocols including first aid procedures when necessary. Foster a positive environment that encourages learning and social interaction. Collaborate with team members to plan special events or activities for children. Adhere to all club policies and standards for childcare services. Qualifications Proven experience in childcare, early childhood education, or related fields. Certification in First Aid and CPR a plus, but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with children and parents. Knowledge of behavior management techniques. Ability to create engaging activities that support childhood development. Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus. Reliable, responsible, and attentive to detail.
