The ideal candidates will have a passion for working with new moms during the postpartum period / fourth trimester. Newborn Care experience is a "must" while providing exceptional care and support in a nurturing environment. Must have Infant CPR Certification. Responsibilities Provide attentive care to families and their newborn. Communicate effectively with parents. Qualifications "

" Knowledge of infant care practices, mandatory. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with families. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with families after the birth of their newborn are essential qualities. Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work flexible hours including overnight care.
