Final week of September (interviewing now) About the Role A warm, established private family relocating to Coral Gables is seeking an exceptional, experienced Infant Nanny to provide devoted, expert one-on-one care for their six-month-old baby. This is a long-term, live-out opportunity for a nurturing professional who will not simply care for the baby, but actively support their growth, comfort, and daily milestones with intention and love — becoming a trusted, lasting presence as their child grows. What You'll Do Provide attentive, loving, one-on-one care for a six-month-old infant Build a warm, secure bond that supports the baby's emotional development Support and track developmental milestones through age-appropriate play, stimulation, and routine Establish and maintain healthy feeding, napping, and daily schedules Prepare bottles, support the transition to solids, and keep the nursery clean and organized Handle infant laundry, sterilizing, and nursery upkeep with care Communicate openly and consistently with parents on the baby's day, growth, and needs What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years' professional experience caring for infants and toddlers Genuine warmth, patience, and a natural gift for bonding with young children A strong understanding of infant developmental milestones and how to support them A calm, organized, and proactive approach to the nursery and daily routines CPR/First Aid certification, a valid driver's license, and a clean record Reliability, discretion, and a sincere commitment to a long-term role Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check and reference verification What We Offer $28+ per hour, commensurate with experience and certification Guaranteed hours and paid time off as offered A warm, respectful, established family and a genuine long-term home Professional placement and support through Elite Household HR How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed, or register in confidence at elitehouseholdhr.com/candidates/ .
