Job Description

Warm, busy family with three young children (ages 4.5, 2 and 3 months) is seeking an experienced, reliable weekend nanny to become a long-term part of our family team. We are looking for someone energetic, calm, nurturing, and highly dependable who genuinely enjoys young children and can confidently manage the flow of a busy household. This role is primarily focused on childcare and helping weekends run smoothly for the family. Schedule Saturdays and Sundays. Approximately 8-20 hours/week. Typical hours may include;
Saturday:
8am-4pm and
Sunday:
8am-1pm. Flexibility appreciated. Position is located around the Coral Gables area. Responsibilities Engaging, attentive childcare for three children. Infant care, including bottles, naps, diapering, and maintaining routines. Planning age-appropriate activities and play. Assisting with meals/snacks for children. Keeping children's areas tidy and organized. Helping maintain smooth routines throughout the day. Occasional help with children's laundry or toy organization. Supporting parents during outings, errands, or activities. Parents plan to be present and in the mix during most of the hours. Ideal Candidate Prior nanny experience with infants and multiple children. Calm, proactive, and dependable. Comfortable in a busy household environment. Safety-focused and attentive. Warm personality with strong communication skills. CPR certified (or willing to become certified). Reliable transportation. English speaking. Compensation & Benefits $30-$35/hour depending on experience. Guaranteed weekly hours. Paid holidays if scheduled. Long-term opportunity with a respectful family.
