We believe childcare goes beyond supervision: children should feel safe, connected, and encouraged to learn through play, creativity, and age-appropriate experiences. We are looking for an exceptional nanny to join the Mali & Me team and be assigned to one of our long-term families in Key Biscayne. This is a consistent position with one family, while remaining part of our company and receiving ongoing guidance, communication, training, and support from Mali & Me. We're looking for someone who is: Loving, patient, playful, and genuinely passionate about children Experienced and confident caring for toddlers Reliable, punctual, responsible, and professional Proactive and comfortable planning simple, age-appropriate activities Able to follow the child's routine and the family's instructions carefully A clear and respectful communicator Interested in a consistent, long-term position Legally authorized to work in the United States Able to pass a background check CPR certified or willing to become certified Able to provide professional childcare references Able to commute reliably to Key Biscayne How to Apply Please read the complete job posting before contacting us.
