Duties Provide attentive childcare tailored to each child's age and developmental needs, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks suitable for children's dietary requirements and preferences. Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, nap times, and educational activities to promote learning and development. Maintain a clean and organized environment through residential housekeeping tasks like cleaning up toys, laundry, and light cleaning of the child's areas. Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing personalized care plans and engaging in inclusive activities. Offer personal transportation assistance for school drop-offs, appointments, or outings as needed. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that foster creativity, social skills, and physical activity while ensuring their safety at all times. Requirements Proven experience working with children across various age groups, including infants and preschoolers. Prior nannying or private home childcare experience is essential; experience with multiple children is highly desirable. Knowledge of childcare best practices including infant care, toddler care, and preschool education. Certification in first aid and CPR is required to ensure safety during emergencies. Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a significant plus. Ability to perform light household chores such as cleaning up after children and residential housekeeping tasks. Valid driver's license or reliable personal transportation to assist with school runs or outings. Strong communication skills, patience, adaptability, and a nurturing attitude are vital for fostering a positive environment for children.
