The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the ability to create a safe, engaging, and educational environment. This role involves caring for children of various ages, from infants to toddlers, and requires a strong understanding of early childhood development. Responsibilities Provide attentive and compassionate care to children in a safe environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development. Maintain a clean and organized space for play and learning. Monitor children's behavior and provide guidance using effective behavior management techniques. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns. Ensure the health and safety of all children by adhering to first aid protocols when necessary. Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and napping for infants and toddlers. Skills Experience in infant care, toddler care, or babysitting is essential. Knowledge of early childhood education principles is highly desirable. Proficiency in first aid and CPR is preferred to ensure children's safety. Strong behavior management skills to effectively guide children's actions and interactions. Previous experience working in a classroom or childcare setting is an advantage. Ability to create engaging activities that cater to various developmental stages. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and team members.
