(dba IQ Village) seeks to hire a Childcare Center Supervisor w/ a Bachelor of Science in Psychology or related field (or fgn eqv) + Florida Child Care Director Credential issued by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF). Candidate will conduct classroom observations across all age groups to evaluate instructional quality and adherence to lesson plans; provide feedback to staff; supervise and support teaching staff regarding behavior, instruction, and classroom structure; review and adjust lesson plans to ensure alignment with developmental milestones and Florida Early Learning Standards; assist in implementing behavior support strategies for students with behavioral or developmental needs; ensure compliance with DCF regulations, including staff-to-child ratios and safety standards; coordinate staff schedules, attendance, and classroom coverage; oversee student transitions, including arrival, meals, rest time, and dismissal; communicate with parents regarding student progress and behavioral concerns; maintain operational records, including attendance logs, incident reports, and developmental observations; and support daily operations through staff assignment coordination, routine staffing matters, and verification of health and safety protocols.
