Our Ideal Teammate Specialized Experience:

At least 2 years of professional childcare experience, with a heavy focus on infants and/or toddlers.

Safety First:

18+ years old, able to pass a comprehensive background check, and CPR/First Aid certified (specifically for infants/children).

Dependable & Mobile:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional errands or local park outings.

Soft Skills:

High emotional intelligence, a calm demeanor, and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of a growing child.
