Job Description
Children's Harbor is hiring for a strong, caring, and nurturing Lead House Parent. The Lead House Parent is responsible for providing a nurturing, structured, and safe environment within a residential care setting. This role ensures the immediate medical, emotional, educational, and permanency needs of each child are met throughout their placement. The Lead House Parent will implement the evidence-based WELLE Model and trauma-informed focus to foster healthy relationships, promote skill-building, and maintain consistency and structure in the home. Additionally, the Lead House Parent will oversee the daily functioning of the household and work collaboratively with Residential Assistants to support the holistic development and well-being of the youth in care.
