Ages 7, 5 & 3 We are looking for a dependable, energetic, organized, and genuinely engaging nanny to care for three children, ages 7, 5, and 3. We are looking for more than someone to simply supervise the children. Our ideal nanny has a warm, playful, youthful energy and truly enjoys interacting with kids. We want someone who can build a close, comfortable relationship with them—almost like a big-sister presence—while still being responsible, maintaining boundaries, keeping them on schedule, and following the household routine. The children are active and have school and activities throughout the week, so this position is best suited for someone who enjoys staying busy, being involved, driving to activities, helping children prepare for their day, and keeping their routines organized. Schedule This is a split-shift position Monday through Friday.

Morning Shift:

Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-10:00

AM Afternoon/Evening Shift:

Monday:

3:00 PM-7:00

PM Tuesday:

5:00 PM-9:00

PM Wednesday:

3:00 PM-8:00

PM Thursday:

5:00 PM-9:00

PM Friday:

5:00 PM-9:00 PM Approximately 41 hours per week . Morning Responsibilities The morning shift includes: Getting the children awake, dressed, groomed, and ready for school Making sure they have everything needed for the school day Preparing/assisting with breakfast as needed School drop-off Returning to the home after drop-off Straightening and resetting the children's bedrooms Organizing children's clothing and belongings Gathering uniforms, clothing, bags, equipment, or other items needed for afternoon activities Preparing pajamas and bedtime items for the evening Making sure everything is organized and ready for the second shift The goal is for the children's afternoon and evening routine to already be prepared before the morning shift ends.

Afternoon/Evening Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:

School/daycare pickup as scheduled Transportation to and from extracurricular activities Keeping track of activity schedules and belongings Preparing or assisting with children's meals/snacks Playing and actively engaging with the children Helping maintain their daily routine Bath and bedtime preparation as needed Keeping children's rooms and personal areas organized Preparing clothing/items needed for the following day Communicating important information regarding the children's day, schedule, or needs The Personality We're Looking For Our children respond well to someone who is: Fun and playful Energetic and active Warm and nurturing Patient Responsible Dependable and punctual Naturally good with children Comfortable joking, playing, talking, and interacting with them Organized enough to manage three different schedules Able to be affectionate and relatable while still maintaining appropriate authority and boundaries We want someone who will actually engage with the children , not spend the shift sitting on their phone or simply watching them from across the room. Requirements Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Comfortable transporting three children Strong attendance and punctuality Ability to work the full split schedule Comfortable working with children ages 3-7 Able to pass a background check Good communication skills Comfortable with child-related household organization and cleanup Previous nanny or childcare experience is preferred.
