Starting around noon, you'll tackle meal prep, kid laundry, light tidying, grocery runs, and occasional errands before picking the children up from school around 2:30 PM. From there, afternoons are all about homework, sports, activities, outdoor play, and keeping the kids engaged until the parents wrap up work around 5 PM. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to notice what needs to be done without being asked. They should be a safe driver, comfortable taking initiative, and enjoy encouraging children to be responsible for their own spaces.
