Learn how our son communicates and support his needs with patience and respect. Help both children build age-appropriate English and math skills through conversation, reading, play, and everyday activities. Keep us informed about the children's day, their progress, and anything they need. What matters most to us You must be empathetic, loving, dependable (always on time), and protective of our children. We're looking for someone who stays attentive, responds calmly to challenges, and takes the responsibility of caring for children seriously. Experience caring for autistic children is strongly preferred. Experience teaching young children English and math is also a plus. We value a willingness to learn our children's routines and work closely with us. If you find joy in helping children feel secure, learn, and grow, we'd love to hear from you. Please tell us about your childcare experience, any experience supporting autistic children, and your availability for the schedule above.
