Responsibilities After-School Care Pick him up from school promptly at dismissal Provide a smooth transition from school to home Assist with using the bathroom, changing clothes, and having a snack Create a positive, relaxed after-school environment Transportation Drive safely to soccer practice, ensure on-time arrival for practice Remain nearby throughout practice Transport safely home afterward End-of-Day Support Supervise at home until parents arrive around 5:30 PM Communicate any important updates from the afternoon Ideal Candidate Dependable and punctual Safe and confident behind the wheel Warm, patient, and engaging Comfortable encouraging an active elementary-aged child Able to build trust and consistency over time Independent and comfortable managing the afternoon routine Looking for a long-term relationship with one family
