Heartland Nanny agency is seeking multiple professional nannies for families in and around the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City metro areas. We have multiple full and part time positions open. As a professional agency we offer families the chance to hire nannies with at least 2 years childcare experience and 3 childcare related references. Background checks, CPR/First Aid certification, and pre-interviewed candidates to be able to match the needs and preferences to make the best fit. We offer nannies continuing education classes and CPR/First Aid classes. Pre-interviewed families to be able to match the needs and preferences for the best occupational fit, and ongoing connections and support with other professionals in the field.
